Ooty Gymkhana Golf Club

Ootacamund Gymkhana Club, situated on the rolling Wenlock Downs at a height of 7000 feet above sea level, is one of the finest natural golf courses in the world. This course is a 18 hole , 6235 yard ,Par 70 layout with huge changes in elevation and one of the prominent and unique feature of having tee 9 of the 18 holes are blind – i.e. you cannot see the green because its either a dogleg hole or the contours of the fairway prevent you from doing so. The course offers natural contours and undulations making stroke play difficult and tricky.
